The client, a Belgian leader in 3D imaging, wanted to set up its first operation in North America. The key driver for the project was the existence of specific animal research facilities and the availability of research capacity. After an initial analysis of a longlist of 8 locations a more in-depth study was conducted on three shortlisted West Coast locations. A visit was organised to the final locations and the company selected a bio-incubator in the Bay Area, California.
