The client operated a large technical support and test facility in India and looked at an annual expansion of 150 people. They preferred not to expand further in India and asked Colors Inc. to conduct a location study in Eastern and Central Europe. After a first study on country level four locations were shortlisted: St Petersburg, Prague, Bucharest and Budapest. Further research was done on the key decision factors and together with the client the four cities were visited after which a decision was taken.
