An American industrial company, with over 40 operations all over Europe, was investigating a consolidation of their operations in the various European countries. In cooperation with their partners Colors Inc. has conducted a benchmark of the four key locations of the company in four different countries and compared these with four comparative locations. The result helped the company to get an objective overview of the key quality and cost data for the locations on which they could build their consolidation strategy.
